Pablo Picasso
Pablo Picasso (b.1881-d.1973) was a Spanish painter, draughtsman, and sculptor. As one of the most recognized figures in 20th-century art, he is best known for co-founding the Cubism and for the wide variety of styles embodied in his work.
Picasso was born in the city of Malaga, Spain. His father, a painter himself, taught drawing at the local school of Fine Arts and Crafts. Picasso spent the first ten years of his life there.
